Fall Fashion Session with Yesenia Guillen at Gray Branch Parkland
The first fall session of 2025 couldn’t have started any better. I met up with Yesenia Guillen at Gray Branch Parkland in McKinney, TX — and from the very first shot, the light, the color, and the energy just came together perfectly.
We started the session barefoot in the grass surrounded by warm golden tones. The fall leaves had just started to turn, and the way the sun hit the trees made everything glow. Yesenia wore a soft white skirt paired with a patterned scarf top that fit the boho fall vibe perfectly. The golden hour light wrapped around her, and the scene looked straight out of a magazine.
For the next look, Yesenia brought out her country side — denim mini skirt, blue top, white boots, and a cowboy hat. The hay bale setup added a fun Texas touch, and her smile made the whole scene feel alive. You could feel her confidence and personality shining through in every frame.
As the sun dipped lower, we moved into the final outfit — a neutral, laid-back look with cream tones and light textures. The soft light, combined with Yesenia’s calm energy, made for a perfect ending to the session.
What I loved most about this shoot was how natural it all felt. No rush, no stress, just beautiful light and creativity flowing. Shooting at Gray Branch Parkland was the perfect way to kick off fall — wide open space, tall grass, and that unmistakable Texas glow.
